Upcoming Legislative Changes – Presentation Summary
On September 20, 2017, our Chapter welcomed Armand Conant, B.Eng., L.L.B., E.E.S.S. (Sorbonne), Partner, Condominium Law at Shibley Righton LLP and founding member of the Condominium Authority of Ontario to speak at our AGM about upcoming legislative changes affecting condominium owners in Ontario.
